Undescended testicle. Where do one go from here with one tes

So strange yet it's true. September 11, 2001, i was on a surgeons table to correct this abnormaly but osama struck, blood over United states & now i'm left with the only testicle that descended. I need a doctor if by chance i could have a replacement "prostease" & look lets say like normal. Need it like yesterday.
