several years ago, while masturbating, just when i was starting to orgasm, i squeezed my penis forcefully at the base and tip to close the urethra and prevent ejaculation. it worked and no semen came out. after this incident i began to experience symptoms of overactive bladder and premature ejaculation. i have to urinate frequently and on several occasions haven't been able to hold it in and have peed myself a little. my penis is 'twitchy' and orgasms come quickly with little pleasure. did i do damage to my internal works? anything i can do to reverse these affects?
