Undiagnosed Conditions

I am a 20 year old female. I have been having these odd dizzy spells for a few weeks now. What happens is I feel fine, and then out of nowhere my eyes go funny like I’m looking through a kaleidascope and the whole room sort of tips on its side. It comes on so suddenly and literally only last a second but then I have to put my head between my knees for about 15 minutes as my balance is completely off. Sometimes I’ll throw up afterwards.
