Tomorrow, 1/13/2009 I become a non smoker. Cold turkey with maybe a rubber band to snap my wrist or play with when an urge gets too strong. I wanted to share something that helped me quit one time before (I just gave in too soon that time). I told myself constantly, especially when an urge hit, and probably a thousand times a day…I don’t smoke. I didn’t say I quit, or I’m trying to quit..simply “I Don’t Smoke.” Thought maybe that could help someone too.
