Renal Replacement Therapy

I am on ccpd and I would like to start some kind of exercise regime. Do you know where I can find a tape of some kind to do at home. I work full time and I ahve to get in 16 liters of fluid a day so my time at home is pretty much taken up with exchanges with the cycler. It is uncomfortable to jump around and to do any kind of abdominal work with a belly full of fluid. Any suggestions? thanks
