High Blood pressure

My moms blood pressure is always very high-240 or so. She takes Lopressor, Hydrolozine, Indure, Clonidine, Phoslo but nothing helps. She is on dialysis 3 times a week. She feels she will stroke soon. No one has been able to help her. Does anyone have any suggestions?
