Renal Failure

I have been diagnosed with very high BUN levels and slightly high Creatinine levels. What are the symptoms, or rather, how do these affect how I feel? I have also been diagnosed with Medullary Sponge Kidney, and have been advised that I have kidney stones in both kidneys. This diagnosis was made several years ago, but I have not had any problems from the kidney stones that I recognize. I certainly have not had pain as if passing stones.
