I had acute renal failure, my question to you is: I had swelling in ankles, and legs about 2 weeks before I went the hospital with complete kidney failure. I was also having trouble urinating. I was taking methodone RX for pain after a car accident. Could this RX over a period of time cause cute renal failure. And could the syptoms that I was having before it actaully happened have been early signs that shoulsd have been caught by my Dr.
