Renal Failure

I just turned 26. I graduated from the University of Louisville 2 years ago with a degree in Art and English and in April of 2007 I was diagnosed with end stage renal failure. It turns out I was born with a single kidney and it’s failing. I was working as a photojournalist when my kidney failed and I was becoming quite accomplished.
