Need help with getting insurance in UK with PKD

Hi,

I live in the UK and have PKD. I'm looking at getting income, mortgage insurance. And also sickness cover insurance. I'm 32 and don't have any problems. Does anyone else have information on what insurance companies are good to use and they may of used.

Hope you can help with this.
