Polycystic Kidney Disease

Hi I am new to this forum. I have a question. My husband and I are in the process of adopting a special need child from the United States and we have just been referred to a little 3 yr old girl with Pkd. What are your thoughts and what questions should we be asking? All we know at this point is that she has one cyst on her kidney at this time. She had more but they are shrinking and disolving on their own. We are presently waiting for her records.
