nephrotic vs. uremic

What exactly is the difference between nephrotic syndrome and uremic syndrome? Is it possible to have more that one problem with your kidneys? I have diabetes and and history of chronic PUJ obstruction. I had a pyeloplasty on my left kidney that failed. Now I have no function in that kidney. My symptoms are increasing fatigue, weakness, nausea, sleeplessness.
