hello, i am at the beginning of my search and i am trying to find some answers. my grandmother and uncle died from polycystic renal failure many many years ago and now two years ago my father had a kidney transplant thanx to my mom and god. my problem is that they worry so much about their kids getting PKD that we can't talk to them about it at all. i would like someone if they could, to tell me what the signs and symptoms are in plain english. i would appreciate it very much and thank you all in advance.
