Ok, I am 24 years old and I have had kidney stone since I was 16. Recently I have been having pain in the right flank area. Docs done a CT said that there were 7 3mm stones, still in kidney shouldn't be causing pain. I finally found a doctor who was going to take them out. On Feb. 12th I had surgery to remove them, come to find out that they were calcium deposits still attatched to my kidney wall. He didn't do anything, and put a stent in. I had it in for a week, went back to doctor to have it removed, two hours later I was in BAD PAIN! I went back to the doctor, he done another CT, my kidney had swollen closed, done surgery that night to put a stent back in for another month! My hands and feet a swollen, I come to work and about lunch time I am so tired and hurting I want to go home. I don't know what could be wrong or what else to do!

I'm sad to say that I'm not sure what to tell you, it sounds like you may be having spasms. Anything you can take to control it (khalla?) may help you feel better.

Also, get a CT and check your spine, you may have some lower spine issues. I found that out myself recently. Good luck and I hope you feel better.
