Hope this isn’t too long, boring.
Male, 49yrs, 192lbs, 32″ waist, best bench 275lbs, in good shape. So I thought. Feb 3 ‘07 I hurried to the urinal to pee; nothing. Hmmm. 10mins later, bent over, mild pain. Drove myself to ER in bent-over pain. 3hrs pain, shot of Dilaudid, wonderful.

Pain meds are a PITA. They are strict on them now becasue of the people who dr shop for more pain meds. They also are concerned with the addiction factor. If you want a dr who will give you pain meds for kidney stones with out being stingy see a dr who has passed a stone themselves. Most uroligist are pretty good about it,
Any time you take pain pills you need to add extra fiber, laxatives or stool softners to your diet. You will have problems if you don't.
