not sure if you passed your stone or not but it really isnt that painful when it comes out did they give you a strainer? I really didnt feel mine come out i just saw it and it took over a week to pass it. its probably stuck at the junction right at the end of the ureter tube and the bladder once it drops into the bladder it passes right out
