This is actually my husbands story. About 3 years ago my husband had his right kidney removed due to cancer. He had never had a problem with kidney stones until about a year after the removal. He had surgery where they put a stint in. Since then, he has had frequent kidney stones He usually can pass them (sometimes 4-5). He had his urine tested, which showed uric acid stones.
