Hi, my name is Carol. I have been forming stones since the age of 19, now 45. I reside in NJ and was totally misdiagnosed by my same doctor of 23 years with MSK [medullary sponge kidney]!!!! You said keep searching until you find the cause of the kidney stones, what was your cause? I'm curious because my husband is going through a similar situation where he passes several stones every month. His stones are made of uric acid so the doctor prescibed him Urocet K and at least 3 glasses of lemonade a day to break up the stones. No matter what changes have been made to diet or prescriptions he continues to pass stones. Thank you for your help.
