I am a 49 Mexican citizen who used to have kidney stones back in the 80's. I have been healthy since 87 with only one extremly simple remedy: regular excersise.

The last time I had the problem, I was crying in pain, so I have to run from my car to the doctors office, just running 40 feet and the pain was gone, so I decided that running was the only and the perfect medicine.

I understand that my kidney stone forming habits can be very different from others, but I strongly recomend what worked so well for me (and maybe for you).

Good luck and saludos desde Monterrey, Mexico
