Kidney Cancer

My new CT result says several calcifications within the spleen suggestive of prior granulomatous infection. ( what is that by the way?) Also, several hyperdense calcifications seen scattered throughout the left kidney, varying in size and location, some in the periphary. See Urologist next week, but any ideas with this new info? Other stuff same, blood in urine, anemic and low wbc. Pain comes and goes
