My 71 year old dad had a normal blood test and normal blood pressure a year ago. Now his blood pressure is high and his blood test show anemia high creatnine. He has had a 15 pound weight loss, not a very good appetite and also nausea. No family history of kidney disease. What's up?

Such a scenario might be due to one (or more) of very many processes.
Seeing his doctor for appropriate testing should uncover the individual diagnosis and personal guidance he deserves.
