My husb ahs just had a transitional cell tumor removed from his right kidney lymph node involvement has to have CT scans every f weeks, sort of prognisis we looking at, he is 59 years of age never been ill in his life

Lymph node involvement usually means that there is a high risk of there being microscopic spread of disease to distant sites (I would estimate approximately a 60-70% risk).
