Ischemic Nephropathy

Hi!
My diagnosis is nephropathy type iga.
I live with it since 10 years without any special problems actually. I am 25.
However i have extremly big issue right now.
I plan to fly to thailand in two weeks time. I just dont know if i can vaccinate myself for tropical diseases. Nobody i spoke to knew the answer if it would be better for me to vaccinate or not.
Please help me with this issue.
