Acute Institial Nephritis

I have just learned that my mother has been diagnosed after entry into hospital with Acute Interstitial Nephritis. She has been in hospital for 5 weeks now and only recently were they able to diagnose her condition (Biopsy was not possible until her bleeding stopped evidently) I know my mother is on some medicine and has been for awhile so wnated to find out what nedicines bring this condition on. She is taking an anti depressant called Nuzak and estrogen called Estrofen. Can this be the problem? Thanks
